7/23/03.     Summer is going good. We finished 4 new luxury studios. Just like Marriot Hotel, just better. Nice wallpapers, big closet with sliding mirror doors (right in front of beds ;)), AC w/remote, big corner glass shower, kitchenette w/microwave, hotplate, electric coffeemaker, etc. Within 2 weeks, 3 rooms already rented for full year!.

    5/23/03.     Just finished putting driveways everywhere. No More Mud in the House! Renovated couple of cabins. New carpet and laminate floor change look a lot and besides, it's much easier to clean!

  2/3/03.     Summer reservation is started. February - April we'll accept only weekly - monthly reservations. Most of the units are rented already, so hurry. After renovation, cabins looks MUCH nicer (although they didn't look bad before)! I'll post new photos sometime in spring, when sun will shine, trees will be green, so you could see a beauty of the place. Hopefully we'll finish new construction with 5 luxury rooms before summer.

11/10/02.     Hunting season is starting. A lot of deer in the area. Lot of hunters. Have fun.

9/10/02.     Long time no news ;) Working...working....working... Ok', here is report: summer was good, visitors were satisfied, less flies. Renovated pool, replaced pool fence, winterized motel and several cabins, added small kitchenette in all rooms. Changed carpet in almost all bedrooms, installed laminated floor in the restaurant and big cabins living rooms.    

 1/10/02.     Doing extensive renovations. Replaced windows and doors in motel, putted a new heating system, drilled a new well, putted new septic system, replaced old plumbing, ran a new electric service... Still thinking how to organize spa the best way. We'r planning to put endless pool, Jacuzzi, Sharko shower, massage room :) If u have any ideas where to buy, or any ideas about design - u'r welcome to help

   09/03/01.     Summer season is ended... Thank you everybody for support and valuable suggestions. We r planning to add more entertainment for the next year and provide food package for everybody who doesn't want to cook. So far, we r cleaning place and preparing for hunting season. 

    08/08/01.     Hunting in Prostokvashino ! We gona open hunting season in November. Deer, Bear, Turkey - what could be better? We'r planning to winterize most of the units, build a new luxury rooms, build a spa. Hunt - Spa - Bar. Got a picture?

        07/16/01.     Finally got time to update news :) What can I say... Everything goes fine !!! Everybody likes "Prostokvashino" (as it's supposed to be). We'r doing repairs, renovations, plans for the next year. Shortly we'll start to build a spa and 6 new luxury units. The only problem - flies. I hate them. 

        05/09/01.     Finally we get it !  It's a lot of work to do, but we could handle it :) We are planning to replace all gas ranges, install new TV and fill pool before Memorial Day.

        04/22/01.   What is our news? Still waiting to open Liquor License. As soon as we get  it - full ahead. We plan to schedule first open day at first days of May and start a season at Memorial Day
